The IP Panic Button is a fixed-in-place device that provides one-push activation
for any type of emergency.
How the IP Panic Button™ works:
With the push of an IP Panic Button, rapidly dial 9-1-1, while simultaneously sending notifications to staff on-site, activating alarms, and the intercom system, for a faster and more effective emergency response.

Upon pressing the IP Panic Button, one or more of the following actions may be initiated:

Emergency Call: Automatically dials 911, delivering a pre-recorded message to emergency responders that includes location-specific details and a direct call-back number, and more.

Intercom Activation*: Engages the intercom on the panic button.

Email Notification: Sends an email with location-specific information.

Text Alert: Sends a text message containing essential location-specific details.

Public Announcement*: Issues an alert via the PA system and speakerphones.

Silent Mode: Operates in silent mode by bypassing the intercom and PA systems.

ALYSSA'S LAW
Alyssa’s Law is legislation aimed at improving law enforcement response time during emergencies in public schools. The law requires all public schools to be equipped with silent panic alarms that are directly linked to and notify local law enforcement, allowing them to get to the scene as quickly as possible, address the threat, and offer aid to victims.

Additionally, it allows responders to directly connect to the phone within that location, bypassing any Welcome Menus, Closed Hours, or other Call Automations that might hinder immediate communication.
